Requirements Engineer / Business Analyst
In this role, you will work as an external team member, fully integrated into the ISC-EJPD’s project teams—both on-site and remotely—alongside business specialists and technical experts.

As part of the ISC-EJPD project teams, your responsibilities as an external team member include:

Facilitating workshops within the team and with ISC-EJPD stakeholders, recording results, and processing them further

Specifying and documenting business requirements in close collaboration with subject matter experts

Creating sustainable, UML-based documentation

Actively participating in agile meetings such as dailies, planning sessions, and retrospectives
Your Profile – What You Bring

At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including participation in at least 2 projects in the past 5 years

A relevant certification in Business Analysis / Requirements Engineering (e.g., IREB, CAS, or equivalent)

Native-level German or ESP C1 proficiency
Nice to Have

Experience with a UML modeling tool, ideally Innovator, and hands-on experience creating UML diagrams

Several years of experience working in agile projects

Experience in BPMN modeling

Familiarity with migration, justice, or law enforcement domains

Experience using Jira and Confluence
