As a Business Analyst, you will work on key initiatives within the federal environment related to security and justice. You analyse complex requirements, model processes, and support implementation in close collaboration with business units, IT, and project management. With your expertise in UML and agile methods, you actively drive the further development of systems and ensure that digital processes are designed efficiently, transparently, and sustainably.
Your Responsibilities
- Analysis, elicitation, and documentation of business and technical requirements
- Process modelling using UML tools
- Collaborate closely with business units, IT and justice authorities
- Specification of interfaces
- Application of agile methods and use of Jira and Confluence in daily project work
What You Bring Along
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the public sector
- Certification in Business Analysis or Requirements Engineering, for example IREB or a CAS in Requirements Engineering
- Experience in creating business and technical user stories
- Strong knowledge of UML and practical experience with UML tools
- Project experience within the federal administration and in requirements elicitation based on legal regulations
- Experience in interface specification
- Several years of experience with Jira and Confluence
- German language skills at ESP level C1 or native proficiency
- Ideally, French language skills at ESP level B2 or higher
