As a Business Analyst you will contribute to key projects at the Informatics Service Center ISC-EJPD. You will analyze complex requirements, model processes and support successful implementation in close collaboration with business units, IT and project management. With your expertise in UML, BPMN and agile methods, you will actively shape the further development of systems and ensure that digital processes run efficiently, transparently and sustainably.
Your responsibilities
- Analyze, gather and document business and technical requirements
- Model processes using UML and BPMN tools
- Work with UX modeling tools such as Figma or Balsamiq
- Collaborate closely with business units, IT, justice and police authorities
- Conduct cross-project requirement analysis within program structures
- Apply agile methods and use Jira and Confluence in day-to-day project work
What you bring along
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the public sector
- Certification in Business Analysis / Requirements Engineering (e.g. IREB or CAS)
- Solid UML and BPMN knowledge and practical experience with common UML tools
- Project experience in the asylum and migration domain as well as in the federal administration
- Experience in interdisciplinary and cross-project requirement analysis
- Know-how in UX modeling tools (e.g. Figma, Balsamiq)
- Several years of experience with Jira and Confluence
- Excellent German language skills and French at least at level B2
